Analytical Approach Based on Full-Space Synergy Technology to Optimization Support Design of Deep Mining Roadway

The stability of surrounding rock is the basic guarantee underground space engineering safety. large deformation a roadway’s very common phenomenon during excavation coal mine roadways or mining, especially in deep soft mining roadways. With increase depth and stress, it important to prevent disasters caused by deformation. This work aims conduct an optimization design roadway support for mines using full-space synergy control technology. FLAC3D-based orthogonal numerical experiments are adopted study influence bolt parameters plastic yield zone variation on rock, which provides basis optimizing According results analysis, optimal determined as 20 mm, 2.2 m 700–900 mm diameter, length interval bolt, respectively. Finally, bolt-shotcrete net beam scheme from idea used case. Results illustrate that this can provide reliable guidance fields under high well keep within safe limits.
